- Follow up on tenants regarding feedback and actions taken of maintenance team
- Check on maintenance team regarding any pending tasks and results on completed property maintenance.
PROPERTY MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
- Creating and Uploading listings on Property listings websites
- Checking and Filtering of best property photos to use for advertisement and online listings
- Creating Property Information/Captions based on Property details provided by Landlord or Office
- Monitoring and Checking of Property Availability and Prices are correct and up-to-date.
PHONE AND CHAT APPLICATION MANAGEMENT
- Making outbound calls to all received property enquiries requesting for viewings.
- Making sure there is point of contact in all available and used channels by the office such as Phone, Chat and
- Tracking of all enquiries through an office enquiries tracker visible to all tea
PERSONAL TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
- Researching and Comparison of Flight Ticket Prices and Hotel Accommodations
- Booking of Flights and Accommodations.
- Researching and Providing Sample Computation of Expenses for Trip.
- Itinerary Creation and Sample Activities
- Checking Travel Requirements

TASK MANAGEMENT AND DELEGATION
- Setting Priorities and segregating tasks that needs urgent attention
- Delegating tasks to colleagues ensuring project or task is overseen and worked on by tea
- Coordinating with Property Managers on the status, updates and progress of projects or tasks and assisting in internal coordination with other members of the team.
CRM MANAGEMENT
- Data Entry management
- Updating contact information in tenants' database
- Setting reminders for follow ups and rescheduled viewings
- Organizing digital documents in files (Google Drive, Dropbox, Cloud)
Experience: 5 - 10 years
• Develops Marketing strategies in promoting Commercial spaces and Residential areas for lease. • Acts as the first point of contact between the Company and the prospective clients and tenants.
