A college graduate of Bs Architecture here in Bacolod. Worked for Javier Architects for 1 month and transferred after to MDC Bacolod where I was given the position of Project management coordinator for 6 months. Attended meetings, revised plans, follow up material requests, was under all the project in charge engineers of the Ayala mall capitol, monitored progress and update list of materials needed on site and submitted reports of the engineers weekly. Before the mall was even finished, I transferred to the main MDC in Cebu city where I worked as an auto cad operator for almost 1 year and 5 months and was under an Ayala land premier project (the alcoves) which was the most expensive project of mdc there in Cebu. I was an AutoCAD operator but most of my work included monitoring, updating of reports, assisted our project coordinator whenever he needs something in the office or at the site, as built drawings, as built monitoring, and multi-tasked mostly with lots of work loads).
