Content creation is one of the services I offer to my clients when managing their social media accounts. Types of posts I create are regular image posts, reels, carousel posts, and stories.

I have worked with some US-based clients maintaining their social media accounts in different niches. Social media platforms that I manage include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube.

In order to drive more traffic or leads to my client's business, I utilize all social media platforms available, PPC ads (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads), and SEO.

As a web developer also, I know the backend part of the e-commerce website and am familiar with how they work thus making it easy for me to maintain e-commerce websites. I also do product management (adding products, removing products, updating..), website maintenance, customer support (chat and email), and inventory monitoring.

Along with video creation, I also create the thumbnails that will be uploaded. I make sure that the thumbnail is interesting enough to be clicked and clearly show what the content is about.

Part of my Social Media Management service is creating videos for social media posts. I use Adobe Premiere and CapCut to create/edit videos.

Included in my Social Media Management service is communicating to the target audience (followers and prospective customers). Replying to messages, comments, and even reaching out to non-followers that are most likely to follow the accounts that I manage.
