I worked as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry for a little over 4 years. I also have almost 4 years of home-based experience as a virtual assistant/Customer Service/ Operations Manager and I also have 6 months of experience as an Appointment Setter. With that being said, I am confident that my experiences have honed and equipped me with the necessary skills I will be needing in order to perform and excel here.
