High End Interior Photography Editor

I'm seeking an experienced, high level real estate photography editing professional. The ideal candidate will have experience not only with HDR and flambient, but also flash compositing/blending. I am willing to provide paid training for someone to learn my preferred method, but real estate photo editing experience (with samples) is a must. You will learn how to understand my shooting method, when and where to brush in certain layers, and have an understanding of the look and feel we're going for on every photo. I'll require an extreme attention to detail and a keen understanding of light/shadow dynamics. These will be very high end photos, not just real estate listing photos, but web and magazine as well. Although this won't be a high volume workload at first, the pay is excellent. I pay per photo and it's much higher than the average per photo rate in real estate photography. You could end up making a full day's pay on a single photo set. I demand excellence and I'm looking for a master!

Also have opportunity for video editing as well, so if we establish a good working relationship, this could become much more consistent, possibly full time in the future.
